If you are buying a new property, or refinancing an existing loan, below is a summary of our fees/costs:

$999 Closing/Title Settlement Fee. This fee covers the following:

Notary Services
Escrow Services
Scanning, Indexing, & Storing All Documents
Courier / Fed-ex
Wire Transfers
Recording Service
Post-Closing Services

Owners Policy - Promulgated by Law (Minimum $100). Click here to see the promulgated rate schedule.

Lenders Policy - $125, if issued simultaneously.

Policy Endorsements:

Florida Form 9: 10% of the Owner’s Policy Premium
All other endorsements: $25/each, if applicable.
